Care
Wear
Treat your watch like jewelry, not a tool watch. Keep it dry — no showers, swimming, or handwashing. Put on lotion, perfume, and sunscreen before, not after.
Storage
When it's off, keep it in the linen pouch, laid flat, away from other metal jewelry and direct sunlight.
Cleaning
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For more, a barely-damp microfibre. No soaking, no chemical cleaners — these dull plating and stones.
Battery
Ships with a fresh battery. When it winds down (usually 12–18 months), any local watchmaker can swap it in a few minutes.
Stones & pearls
Keep them dry, store flat, avoid impacts. Faux pearls dull with moisture — wear them last, take them off first.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item arrives back with us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please email cinn.support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the item. We’ll cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
