Our story

Cinn started with a simple idea: most of what gets sold online is forgettable. We wanted a quieter kind of shop — one built around pieces that feel considered, not churned out.

We aren't a workshop, and we don't pretend to be. What we do is pay attention. We sift through what's out there, pick the few things we'd actually want to own, and pass them on to the people who'd appreciate them too.

The selection is small on purpose. We'd rather offer one good thing than ten loud ones.

What we stand for

Considered selection. Every product on Cinn earns its spot. If we wouldn't keep it ourselves, we don't sell it.

Fair pricing. No inflated tags, no fake countdowns. The price you see is the price the piece is worth to us.

Real support. A person reads every email. If something goes wrong with your order, you'll hear back from us — not a script.

How we ship and handle orders

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 7–14 days depending on where you are — we'll send a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

If your piece doesn't arrive in the condition you expected, write to us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Returns are accepted on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

We ship internationally. Duties and taxes for orders outside the US are the buyer's responsibility — your country's customs office can give you a sense of what to expect.
